AGFD Heritage Fund public access ranch agreement of $45,000 for 10 years of public access to the Griffin Ranch, which comprised of the Tonto National Forest’s Sedow grazing allotment, except for a small private inholding. There was a previous Heritage Fund public access agreement with the Griffin Ranch in 2018 for $20,000.
