Modification #5 in 1995 of Interagency Agreement between the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and the Tonto National Forest for the BOR to fund the implementation of a grazing allotment management plan on the Forest’s 7/K and Del Shay grazing allotments, as mitigation for the wildlife habitat flooded by raising the height of Roosevelt Dam.
