Memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed in 2004 between the Arizona Cattle Growers’ Association, Gila County Cattle Growers, and the Tonto National Forest regarding the process of restocking cattle on the Forest after reductions due to drought. This MOU superseded the Forest’s 2001 drought policy.
