Memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed in May, 2004, between the Tonto National Forest, Arizona Cattle Growers’ Association, and the Gila County Cattle Growers, regarding the process of restocking cattle on the Forest after reductions due to drought. This MOU superseded the Forest’s science-based 2001 drought policy.
