Environmental assessment (EA) completed in 1995 for the Coronado National Forest’s Santa Rita Mountains west grazing allotments. They included the Agua Caliente, Alto, Box Canyon, Proctor and Stone Springs grazing allotments. The Proctor allotment was created by combining the Whitehouse and Madera allotments.
