Allotment Management Plan (AMP) and NEPA Sufficiency Review for the Tonto National Forest’s Reavis-Tortilla grazing allotment. The review was obtained in response to FOIA request #2025-FS-R3-06421-F, and facilitated the authorization of grazing on the long-vacant allotment in January 2024. The review was not dated, but on January 3, 2025, the Forest Service’s Southwestern Regional FOIA Officer sent a clarification email stating that the Tonto National Forest said the review was completed on September 1, 2022.
