Environmental assessment (EA) completed in 1996 of a proposal to re-authorize grazing and implement a new livestock management plan for the Tonto National Forest’s Reavis-Tortilla grazing allotment. The allotment’s grazing permit had been cancelled in April 1994 due to permittee non-compliance.
