Ranch management agreement with Rancho Seco LLC for Pima County’s Rancho Seco, 2008. The ranch held the permit for the BLM Tucson Field Office’s Arroyo Seco grazing allotment. This agreement split the county’s original Rancho Seco into the new Rancho Seco and Santa Lucia ranches. Carrow Land & Cattle Co. remained the legal manager of the Santa Lucia portion of the county’s original Rancho Seco, which held the permit for the BLM Tucson Field Office’s Cerro Colorado grazing allotment.
