Environmental assessment (EA) completed in 2020 for a water development on the BLM Lake Havasu Field Office’s Muse grazing allotment. It proposed to siphon water from the Central Arizona Project (CAP) canal to water the permittee’s cattle. (On December 31, 2021, CAP terminated its Temporary Water Program, which allowed ranchers to take water from the CAP canal.)
