Intergovernmental memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed in the late 1990s promoting coordinated resource management (CRM) in Arizona. In response to subsequent FOIA request #2024-FS-R3-01636-F, the U.S. Forest Service Southwestern Regional Office stated that this MOU was not renewed, and expired in 2003.
