AGFD Habitat Partnership Committee (HPC) grant #19-302 for the first $500,000 installment of a 5-year plan to kill juniper trees, complete water developments, and install wildlife friendly fence on the Cross Mountain Ranch, Dunton Ranch, Double O Ranch, X-One Ranch, and Crozier Canyon Ranch as part of the Game Management Unit 18A Habitat Enhancement Project. This was followed by HPC grant #20-302 for another $500,000 for the following year, then HPC grant #19-302 for another $500,000 the next year, followed by HPC grant #19-302 for $500,00 more, and HPC grant #19-302 the fifth year for $500,000.
