Environmental assessment (EA) completed in 1997 of the proposed coordinated resource management plant (CRMP) for the Horseshoe Ranch, which includes the BLM Hassayampa Field Office’s Horseshoe grazing allotment, and the Tonto National Forest’s Copper Creek allotment.
