AGFD Heritage Fund public access ranch agreement of $30,000 for 5 years of public access to the Rafter Cross Ranch, which is permitted to the J Bar B Cattle Co. LLP. The ranch is comprised almost entirely of the Tonto National Forest’s Campaign grazing allotment, except for a small private inholding.
