2018 annual operating instructions (AOI) for the Tonto National Forest’s Bull Springs grazing allotment. This AOI was issued in February, after the permittee promised in 2017 to get the required fences completed. It included a notation that the permittee had completed 1.5 miles of fence on the allotment’s eastern boundary, and the work was awaiting a Forest Service inspection.
