Arizona Post-Wildfire Infrastructure Assistance Program (APWIAP) grant #21-833 for $342,160 awarded to the private Arizona Association of Conservation Districts (AACD) in response to the Bush Fire. It designated the AACD as a sub-grantee, and allocated $324,000 of the grant to rebuild 6.75 miles of burned livestock fence on the Tonto National Forest’s 7/K, Deer Creek and Tonto Basin NW grazing allotments in the Tonto Basin Ranger District, with another $18,160 allocated to pay the AACD for administrative expenses.
