Arizona Post-Wildfire Infrastructure Assistance Program (APWIAP) grant #21-824 for $324,000 awarded to the private Arizona Association of Conservation Districts (AACD) in response to the 2020 Bighorn Fire. It designated the AACD as a sub-grantee, and allocated the money to rebuild burned livestock fences and watering sites on the Coronado National Forest’s Bellota grazing allotment, which was permitted to the Carlink Ranch.
