Environmental assessment (EA) completed in 2018 of the Eight Mile Complex livestock water pipeline, BLM Arizona Strip Field Office. The project included Arizona’s Eight Mile Pass, Button, Chatterly and Muggins Flat grazing allotments, along with the Utah BLM’s Kanab Field Office’s adjacent Eight Mile Gap allotment.
