2025 annual operating instructions (AOI) for the Spur Lake grazing allotment. The western portion of the allotment is in the Springerville Ranger District of Arizona’s Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, but the allotment is administered by the Quemado Ranger District in New Mexico’s neighboring Gila National Forest.
