2021 annual operating instructions (AOI) for the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest’s Cow Flat, Foote Creek, PS, Alpine & Stone Creek grazing allotments. (They were all permitted to the WY Bar Ranch.) This was the first AOI issued after the allotments burned in the 2020 Cow Canyon Fire.
